New for this year, the live Sounbula Artisan Bakery Arena Class established itself as the sole baking competition in the Middle East.

 

Sponsored by Sounbula Mills and equipped by MIWE, this arena, nestled within the Salon Culinaire will host nine international teams, including representatives from Qatar and the UAE.

 

Embracing a back-to-basics approach, competitors will utilize only primary ingredients – water, flour, salt, and yeast – eschewing additives. Classes range from sourdough to croissants, offering a platform for bakers to showcase their skills and creativity.
