The Education Zone is a unique pillar of ExpoCulinaire in partnership with five renowned international culinary academies and institutes.  Over 30 hours of live demonstrations are attended by both young and established chefs and HoReCa professionals looking to learn new sills and see the latest product and technique firsthand.
