Richemont Masterbaker is the region’s first specialized baking and pastry institute located in Dubai at the heart of the MENA hospitality industry. The institute is a join venture of Masterbaker, the leading distributor of world-class baking ingredients in the middle east and Richemont Centre of Excellence, an international educational institute for the complete bakery and confectionery trade located in Lucerne, Switzerland.

At Richemont Masterbaker, we provide a modern, comprehensive bakery and pastry education program to all the aspiring chefs and baking enthusiasts in the region. The intensive program accredited by the KHDA, UAE and Richemont, Switzerland allows students to upgrade their knowledge, match them with their existing skills, learn about the science of bread-making, the art of pastry, and educate themselves about all matters related to usage of chocolate within the speciality field.

 

The 5,000 square feet school is located in Jumeirah Lake Towers at the lake level in Cluster E. The state-of-the-art facility boasts a reception area with a library full of exclusive recipe books from Richemont, an open classroom for presentations, two spacious kitchen classrooms with modern high-end professional equipment and tools.
